- Based in Bangkok, research and consulting services targeting neighboring countries such as Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia
Example of theme
- Support for formulating management strategies and business strategies for Japanese companies, foreign-affiliated companies, and local companies
- From new business concept formulation to execution support, DX strategy construction support to execution support (procurement purchasing reform / AI demand forecast / digital marketing etc.)
- Advisory services related to ASEAN expansion strategy formulation and execution support for Japanese companies, and alliances and acquisitions (M&A) between companies

- Japanese and English language skills
- If your mother tongue is Japanese, your English language ability must be at the business level.

Senior Consultant (Business Analyst)
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and propose Consulting Service and received 2 – 3 project from the client.
- Manage project teams to ensure optimal performance is achieved and satisfied by client.
- Keep up with trending technologies in assigned industry and improving knowledge and practice.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
- Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.

Requirements
MUST
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, MIS, or Information Management
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience with project management and oversight experience including Japan.
- Extensive experience in making structural and focused presentation and comfortable to present to senior managements.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience with Hubspot implementation.
- Logical documentation skills
- Demonstrated consulting skills, with ability to turn knowledges and practices into recommendation.
- Good command of Thai /English
Senior Consultant (Business Analyst)
Responsibilities
- Lead consultant and client teams through the system implementation.
- Develop the overall project charter and plan.
- Sets approach and initiate tasks.
- Review key deliverables, and ensure quality.
- Manage project progress, issues and risks, and take appropriate countermeasures if required.
- Lead cross functional topics and issues.
- Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements.
- Conduct and lead project steering committee, project status reports
Requirements
- Logical thinking and logical documentation
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Excellent knowledge and Good hands on technical background of SAP (FI,CO,SD,MM,WM,PP,QM)
- 10+ years’ experience in IT and SAP consulting industry.
- Multiple experiences of large scale and international project management.
